Sacred Hearts Parish has begun a program of prayer for vocations. Each
Sunday, a family is presented with a special chalice. The chalice is taken
to the family's home, and the family
prays for vocations for one week. Families
interested in participating can sign up for a week in the narthex of the
church. The chalice will be given to the first priest to be ordained from
Sacred Hearts. A crucifix was also purchased to be given to the first brother,
sister, or permanent deacon from our parish.
You are also welcome to download and view our Prayer Book that accompanies the chalice if you would to pray for vocations as well!! If you do not have it already installed, you will need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Reader can be found at http://www.adobe.com
