Pastoral Care

One of the most important ways that Christ ministers to His Church is through the Sacraments.  We have a strong Sacramental life here at Sacred Hearts, which is centered around the presence of our Lord in the Eucharist.

We also want to reach out to the sick, the dying and the homebound in our parish community.  They are important members of our parish family and the Church, and they must feel the love and the presence of Christ as well.
